ASCO 8210 general service solenoid valves are pilot-operated 2-way solenoid valves of 3/8 in to 2-1/2 in sizes. They come in brass and stainless steel bodies and feature a wide range of pressure ratings, sizes, and resilient materials to provide long service life and low internal leakage. These high-flow valves are great for liquid, corrosive, and air/inert gas service and find their application in car wash, laundry equipment, air compressors, industrial water control, and pumps.
There are stainless steel and lead-free valve body models available that are compliant with Section 1417 of the Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA).
There are AC and DC voltage options for solenoids. Watertight and explosionproof enclosures are available to order.
The lowest nominal ambient temperature for 8210 valves is 32F (0C), but the highest temperature varies depending on the model. Most of the AC voltage 8210 valves are rated 32˚F to 125˚F (0˚C to 52˚C).
