Product Warranty, Return and Refund Policy

We strive to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase.

However, please be aware that certain items may not be eligible for return based on the manufacturer’s specific return policy. In such cases, these items will be clearly marked as "non-returnable" on the product page.

Please note that any and all returns must receive prior authorization.  No products or purchases can be returned to Shop.indeco-tx.com or Industrial Equipment Company without prior approval. 

All returns must be shipped by prepaid freight. Non-warranty Returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking charge.
