Hours of Operation
For product and pricing information, Industrial Equipment Company’s Sales Team can assist you at 1-800-275-3181. For order status information on an order you have already placed, please contact our Sales team by email at sales@indeco-tx.com or by phone at 1-800-275-3181, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm CST.
Order Processing
The estimated shipment date on your order is based on product availability, payment completion, and warehouse processing time. It does not include transit time. Payment processing does not begin until all of the required information is received.
Orders placed on weekends, evenings, or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Our business hours are 8 am to 5 pm CST.
Product Availability
Although we make every effort to ship your order according to the lead-time provided, shipping dates may change due to changes in supply availability.

Payment Methods
Whether you order online or by phone, you may pay by credit card. We will bill your credit card upon submission of your order.
Visa, MasterCard, and American Express Cards are accepted.
Purchases on Shop.indeco-tx.com require the security code on your credit card. The security code is an individual three- or four-digit number specific to your card that may be printed on the face of your card above the embossed account number (if American Express), or on the back of your card, on the signature panel (if Visa or MasterCard).
Sales Tax
The price of your order will include applicable sales tax based on your ship-to address.
If you place your order on behalf of a tax-exempt organization or individual, please call us at 1-800-275-3181. You must provide proof of state tax-exempt status for the state where the product is being shipped. The organization or individual name on the order must exactly match the state tax-exempt certificate.
Proof of Purchase
A confirmation of your order will be provided to the email address required at the time of order.
Prices
Shop.indeco-tx.com endeavors to offer competitive prices. Your total order price will include the price of the product on the day of shipping plus any applicable sales tax and shipping charges. Industrial Equipment Company reserves the right to change or correct prices on products displayed at Shop.indeco-tx.com at any time.
Product Warranty, Return and Refund Policy
Absolutely no products or purchases can be returned to Shop.indeco-tx.com or Industrial Equipment Company without prior authorization. All returns must be shipped by prepaid freight. Non-warranty Returns are subject to a re-stocking charge. For return authorization or to find out the current re-stocking charge, contact our Sales Team at 1-800-275-3181.
Defective Items
By purchasing at Shop.indeco-tx.com or from Industrial Equipment Company, you acknowledge that you have had an opportunity to review the warranty terms, and you accept the terms and conditions, including the limitations, exclusions, and disclaimers.

Shop.indeco-tx.com is not responsible for typographical errors. Shop.indeco-tx.com reserves the right to cancel any order you have placed if there was a typographical error on shop.indeco-tx.com concerning the pricing or availability of any item you ordered.

Purchaser affirms and agrees that its sole remedy for any injuries or damages of any kind arising from product defects or use of any product purchased via this website lies against the product manufacturer, rather than Shop.indeco-tx.com or Industrial Equipment Company, and hereby releases Shop.indeco-tx.com and Industrial Equipment Company from any and all liability arising from such defects or use.
Shop.indeco-tx.com disclaims liability for all costs or labor involved with replacing a defective product.
These policies shall not be interpreted or construed to confer any rights or remedies on any third parties.
