120V 500W 4.2A Hotstart OE model immersion lube oil heater is engineered for hazardous location applications.

This heater features: 15 watts per square inch power density, a 1 in NPT mounting, 11-7/16 in (297 mm) probe, 15–30 gal (57–113 L) oil capacity, 18 in (457 mm) lead wire connection, no thermostat. This heater is suitable for large engines.

Hotstart lube oil heaters thread directly into the engine’s oil pan to keep the lube oil warm. Since OE models come without a thermostat, they are ideal for systems that require continuous oil heating in industrial or cold-weather environments. However, Hotstart recommends using a remote thermostat to protect the oil from overheating.
