120V 150W 1.3A Hotstart OW model immersion lube oil heater is engineered for weathertight engine applications. The built-in 80-100F thermostat allows to maintain optimal oil temperature without overheating.

This heater features: 14.6 watts per square inch power density, a 3/4 in NPT mounting, 5 in (127 mm) probe, 1–5 gal (3.8–19 L) oil capacity, 4 ft (1.2 m) oil- and heat-resistant power cord without plug. This heater is suitable for medium size engines.

Hotstart lube oil heaters thread directly into the engine’s oil pan to keep the lube oil warm.

Since this particular heater has low watt density, it is preferred for heating gear oil and other oils with medium-weight viscosity.
